Mechanic Technician

Our busy auto repair shop in Nairobi is urgently seeking an experienced Mechanic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in a fast-paced environment. As a Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various makes and models of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate with customers about necessary services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Keep up to date with industry advancements through training opportunities
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Biometric passport for easy travel within the country for urgent jobs
