Job Title: Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that products are displayed and marketed effectively to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Develop strategies for displaying and promoting products effectively
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Create appealing product displays that attract customers
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor competitors’ products and pricing to stay competitive in the market
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement strategies
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed

Salary: $1500 per month
