Merchandiser Supervisor

As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the merchandising activities in our company in Al-Malikiyah. Your main duties will include developing and implementing merchandising strategies, creating and maintaining merchandising displays, training and supervising merchandisers, and monitoring sales performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar position. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and supervise your team. A strong eye for detail and creativity are also important qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions, sales events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an attractive way.
- Train new merchandisers on proper display techniques and provide ongoing training for existing team members.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked at all times.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and product placement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, including lighting, color schemes, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
