Job Title: IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in Vianden. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall information technology strategy and operations of our company. You will oversee a team of IT professionals and ensure that all systems, networks, and software are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to employees
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for implementing them in the company
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure data backups are performed regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Familiarity with budgeting processes for technology investments

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa valid for working in Vianden. Accommodation will not be provided.
