Junior Architectural Technologist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux! This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the design and construction of various architectural projects. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of drawings, models, and other technical documentation for architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits and assist with on-site project management tasks
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Maintain accurate project records and assist with project reporting
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology preferred
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes is an asset
