Architectural Technologist - Full Time


We are in search of a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Clairvaux. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your main task will be to use your technical skills to bring architects' designs to life while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction plans
- Use specialized computer software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create technical drawings
- Review and ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary changes or adjustments
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, new materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
