Trainee Adjuster


We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Adjuster in Nairobi. As a Trainee Adjuster, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced adjusters with handling claims and investigating insurance cases. Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced adjusters with reviewing insurance policies and determining coverage
- Conduct investigations into insurance claims, including collecting and analyzing evidence
- Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claim process
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for settlements
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions to improve knowledge of insurance laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for easy travel within the country
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business or related field preferred)
- No previous experience required; training will be provided

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This is a contract job with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Nairobi, Kenya. Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals or individuals with a valid work permit for Kenya.
