Sales Associate - Sharjah, UAE


We are a leading retail company in Sharjah, UAE looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be willing to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent education required

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
