• We are a legal consulting firm specializing in document legalization and European documentation services. We help immigrants from Africa and Asia legalize their presence in Europe by assisting with obtaining:

  • Passports and residence permits (VNZ)

  • ID cards

  • Professional driver’s licenses

  • Civil driver’s licenses

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient customer support via calls

• Communicate exclusively in English with customers to ensure consistency and clarity

• Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

• Work a flexible 5-day schedule (minimum 7-8 hours per day)

Requirements:

? English level B2+ (both written and spoken)
? Strong communication & problem-solving skills
? Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and patiently
? Stable internet connection and a reliable device
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment
