Part-Time Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team in Manama. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining store appearance. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product information
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
