Administrative Manager
Our company is looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing office supplies and equipment, handling financial records and budgets, and overseeing general office tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation in Lusail. Non-African candidates are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required for this position.
