Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect in Vianden, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with our clients' needs and budget. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget for their commercial space
- Create design concepts that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage the construction process by overseeing contractors, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, and resolving any issues that arise
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an architect on commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations for commercial buildings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in projects

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vianden. However, due to the nature of the job, occasional travel may be required.
