Bilingual Interpreter


As a Bilingual Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services between clients and individuals with different languages. Your main goal will be to bridge the communication gap and facilitate effective dialogue in various settings, such as business meetings, legal proceedings, medical appointments, and social events. You must have strong language proficiency in the required languages and excellent communication skills to convey messages accurately. Your sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial for this role. This position requires flexibility in working hours and may involve occasional travel.

Responsibilities:
-Provide accurate translation and interpretation services between English and the required language(s)
-Act as a cultural liaison between clients with different backgrounds
-Facilitate effective communication in various settings, including business meetings, legal proceedings, medical appointments, and social events
-Maintain confidentiality of all interpreted conversations
-Ensure accuracy of translated materials such as documents or emails
-Assist with any necessary administrative tasks related to interpretation services
-Stay updated on industry terminology and jargon in both languages

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a bilingual interpreter
-Fluency in English and the required language(s)
-Knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity towards them
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Flexibility in working hours
-Willingness to occasionally travel for assignments
-Biometric passport is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month (without accommodation)
