Head Chef - Pakistani Cuisine

We are searching for a skilled Head Chef with expertise in Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and creating delicious and authentic Pakistani dishes. You must have a strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and be able to lead and train a team of cooks to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. A creative flair and ability to develop new menu items is also essential. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new menu items while maintaining traditional Pakistani flavors
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu planning

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes and cooking techniques
- Experience in developing new menu items while maintaining authenticity
- Leadership skills and ability to train and supervise kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
