Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and efficient customer support via calls

Communicate exclusively in English with customers to ensure consistency and clarity

Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Work a flexible 5-day schedule (minimum 7-8 hours per day)
Requirements:
? English level B2+ (both written and spoken)
? Strong communication & problem-solving skills
? Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and patiently
? Stable internet connection and a reliable device
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment
