Project Manager



We are hiring a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Vianden! As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and effectively communicate updates to team members and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with team members and stakeholders
- Conduct project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- PMP or other project management certification
- Experience in the construction industry
- Fluency in French or German
