Project Manager for Construction Projects


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Vianden. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
- Prepare regular progress reports for management
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage project resources effectively to achieve desired results
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
- Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
The position is located in Vianden. As this role requires frequent site visits, accommodation will be provided.
