Junior Instrument Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Instrument Technician to join our team in Isa Town. As a Junior Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, and calibration of various instruments used in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level sensors
- Perform routine calibration checks and adjustments on instruments to ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment
- Assist senior technicians with more complicated repairs and installations
- Keep track of inventory levels for necessary instrument parts and supplies
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on instruments
- Provide timely updates to supervisors on job progress and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Technical training or certification in instrumentation preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and ability to read schematics
- Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions as some repairs may take place outdoors

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
The job is located in Isa Town, Bahrain. While Bahraini nationals are preferred, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the requirements.
