Retail Sales Associate - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. This is an urgent position and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this role.
