As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a team of employees in daily tasks and projects
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and provide feedback
- Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Motivate team members to meet targets and maintain high levels of productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve goals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages such as French or German is an asset
