Office Administrator - Hawalli, Kuwait
We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. Your main duties will include maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling incoming calls and emails. You should have strong communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and is open to candidates from Pakistan or African countries. No English language proficiency is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses
- Prepare reports as needed by the management team
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
