Indian Restaurant Manager in Jeddah


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Jeddah. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory management, and financial performance. Our ideal candidate should have a strong background in the restaurant industry and be knowledgeable about Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling any guest complaints or issues
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our standards
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or modify existing ones based on customer feedback
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledgeable about Indian cuisine
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in budgeting and financial management

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
