Part-Time Construction Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects on a part-time basis. As the Part-Time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall construction process from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and review financial reports to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Provide leadership and direction to construction teams and contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
