Merchandiser Supervisor
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations of our company, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Train and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure they are following company standards and guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor the implementation of merchandising plans and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed correctly
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving product placement and displays
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' strategies in order to make informed decisions about merchandise placement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am - 6pm, Sunday through Thursday. The successful candidate will be provided with visa sponsorship but will be responsible for their own accommodation.
