Merchandiser

Our company, located in Al-Rayyan, is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product placement in retail stores to increase sales and brand awareness. This position is open to Indian nationals with an excellent command of English.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to ensure product availability and proper placement according to brand guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure cooperation and support for merchandising efforts
- Conduct inventory checks and report any issues or discrepancies promptly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement in product placement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective merchandising strategies and promotions
- Conduct product demonstrations or trainings for store staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Salary: $1500 per month
