Job Title: Contract Construction Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Construction Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure that all projects comply with local laws, regulations, and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.

Preference will be given to Pakistani candidates who have experience working in Kuwait. However, this position is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is not required for this role.
