We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing construction teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality control
- Supervise construction teams and provide guidance as needed
- Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the completed project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project management
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be willing to relocate to Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
