Construction Project Manager - Bayan, Contract Position


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bayan, working on various projects across Africa. As a Contract Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project progress meets deadlines
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment needed for the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe work environment
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget limits
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders as required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in Africa or similar region
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team of diverse individuals
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget constraints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available. While this position is suitable for both men and women candidates, due to the nature of the job it is more physically demanding and may require being on-site for extended periods of time.
