Executive Chef
We are hiring an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a luxurious resort in the beautiful city of Khasab. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and be able to lead a team of kitchen staff. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Plan menus according to guests' preferences and dietary restrictions
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality standards are met
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and apprentices
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the resort
- Create new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity in menu planning and dish presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1100$ per month
