Job Title: Part-Time Information Technology Manager

As a Part-Time Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technology systems and processes of our company. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all technology needs are met and that our systems are up to date and functioning effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
- Train employees on new technology systems and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new technology implementations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs for their teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficient in project management and multitasking
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Location: This position is based in Vilnius, but remote work options may be available.

Salary: 1700$ per month (based on experience)
