Senior Computer Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computer Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing innovative solutions in the field of computer science. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development. As a Senior Computer Research Scientist, you will lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive technological advancements. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various topics within the field of computer science
- Develop and implement new algorithms, models, and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
- Lead projects from conception to completion
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development within the computer science industry
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Experience with machine learning, data mining, natural language processing, or other relevant fields
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
