IT Support Specialist - Contract Position (Vilnius, Lithuania)


We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, remote access, etc.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues for both desktop and mobile devices
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and assist with password resets
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role or internship preferred
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365 applications and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of network concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Salary: 900$
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (own visa required)
