IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, both remotely and on-site. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and providing training to users. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the security of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, accommodation, free visa and ticket provided.
