Software Developer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining software applications and systems that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our development team to ensure high-quality, efficient and scalable solutions are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain software applications and systems according to client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code using programming languages such as Java, C++, Python or others
- Conduct software testing to ensure functionality, performance and security of applications
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development techniques
- Communicate project progress, status updates and potential roadblocks to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python or others
- Experience with database design and management (SQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
