Team Lead - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our expanding team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Team Lead, you will oversee and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and achieve targets. Your role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and guide your team towards success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback on performance
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to address any issues or concerns
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Prepare reports on team progress and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
