Part-time Team Lead in Vilnius, Lithuania



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Team Lead to oversee our team in Vilnius. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our team members, ensuring that they are meeting their goals and objectives. This role is suitable for men who have their own visa and do not require accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the team members, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitoring their progress and providing guidance when needed
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and support to help team members reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the company
- Keep track of budgets and resources, making sure they are utilized effectively
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in project management is a plus

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
