Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, making recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with biometric passport data or other sensitive information
- Previous experience working with students or in an academic setting
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
