We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our growing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our online platform by monitoring user-generated content and ensuring that it complies with our community guidelines. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform for compliance with community guidelines
- Review reported content and take appropriate actions such as removing or editing it
- Communicate with users regarding their content and provide necessary feedback or assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the moderation process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online community moderation
- Handle any escalated issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online community moderation or social media management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working with user-generated content on various platforms such as forums, blogs, or social media
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to online content moderation
- Ability to maintain impartiality while moderating sensitive or controversial topics
