Painter (Contract)



A reputable painting company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team on a contract basis. As a Painter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services to our clients, ensuring that all projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Protect furniture and floors with drop cloths and coverings before starting work
- Repair any damages or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Ensure that all safety precautions are followed while working on elevated areas or using hazardous materials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
- Familiarity with various tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Physical stamina to work on elevated areas for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits in Vilnius
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in commercial or residential painting preferred

Compensation:
This is a contract position with competitive pay starting at 1500$. Additional compensation may be provided based on performance.
