Junior Civil Engineer - Entry Level


We are a leading construction company based in Vilnius, seeking a motivated and driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in the construction industry. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, design, and construction of various projects
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare cost estimates and project schedules
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure project success
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Conduct quality control checks on materials used in construction
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in using CAD software for drafting and design purposes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to changing situations
