Industrial Alpinist
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Vilnius. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at high altitudes, such as maintenance, construction, and inspection of structures and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access high-altitude work areas safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections and maintenance of structures, equipment and facilities at high altitudes
- Install or repair structures using specialized equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working at heights
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or in a similar role
- Valid certification in industrial alpinism techniques (e.g. IRATA, SPRAT)
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions at great heights for extended periods of time
- Strong knowledge of rope access techniques and safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience with installation or maintenance of structures is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for our employees.
