Heavy Equipment Operator in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and other machinery used for construction and maintenance projects. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance on equipment, following safety protocols and regulations, and completing work orders as assigned. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating heavy equipment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and other machinery as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Complete work orders as assigned by supervisor
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain logs of equipment usage, repairs, and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or related field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members
- Must be physically fit to perform the job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. The working hours may vary depending on project needs but typically range from 8am to 5pm. Our company provides accommodation for employees as well as assistance with obtaining necessary visas.
