Entry-Level Heavy Equipment Operator in Vilnius, Lithuania

As an entry-level operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform various construction tasks. You will work closely with experienced operators to learn the ropes and develop your skills on the job.

No prior experience is necessary for this role, but we do require that you have a strong work ethic, are able to follow instructions, and have a willingness to learn. You must also be physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1700$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees, making it easier for those who are not originally from Lithuania to settle into their new role. Additionally, we can assist with obtaining the necessary visa if needed.
