We are a fast-growing architectural firm seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a contract position ideal for someone without prior experience in the field.

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our experienced team of architects and designers to assist in the creation and development of architectural plans and drawings. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the architectural process, from initial concept design to final construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate technical drawings
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Attend meetings and provide input on design decisions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the architectural field

We offer competitive compensation starting at 1600$ per month for this contract position.
