Preservation Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures while ensuring they meet current safety and building code requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historical structures to determine preservation needs
- Develop and implement preservation plans that meet both aesthetic and structural requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation projects are executed efficiently and effectively
- Monitor ongoing preservation projects to ensure they adhere to plans and timelines
- Utilize specialized techniques and materials to preserve historical elements of buildings
- Stay updated on current preservation trends, technologies, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles and building materials
- Familiarity with relevant preservation laws and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
$1100 per month
