Industrial Architect


We are hiring an experienced and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for planning and designing various industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and engineers to develop functional and efficient designs that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Developing initial design concepts and presenting them to clients for approval
- Creating detailed construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitoring construction progress and making necessary changes to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month, with the potential for growth based on performance.
