Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Create designs for industrial buildings and facilities based on client requirements and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess potential project locations
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate designs
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Prepare project proposals and present them to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it is in line with the approved design plans
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make any necessary adjustments or modifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a strong portfolio of completed industrial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to industrial buildings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (accommodation provided)

This is a contract job open to students as well. We offer a free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
