Part-Time Senior Architect in Vilnius


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Vilnius. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project design and development, from initial concept to final construction. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Lead project teams in developing detailed plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Vilnius or Lithuania.
- Knowledge of local building regulations.
- Fluent in Lithuanian.

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1500$ per month.

Note: This position includes accommodation as well as free visa and ticket for non-Lithuanian applicants. Freshers with relevant education will also be considered for this role.
