Machine Operator


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines used in production. This is a full-time position and the salary is $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to instructions
- Inspect parts for defects and adjust machine settings as needed
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain production records and report any issues or malfunctions
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with production processes and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
- Must have valid work permit/visa sponsorship if not from Lithuania
