Floral Designer and Arranger

We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements using fresh flowers and plants for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of our flower inventory and ensuring that all arrangements are delivered on time.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a floral designer or arranger
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care procedures
- Ability to create unique and aesthetically pleasing floral arrangements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have own visa to work in Lithuania

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements
- Create custom designs based on client requests using a variety of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time and in perfect condition
- Monitor inventory levels of flowers and plants, place orders when needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the design area and ensure that all tools are properly sanitized after use

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
